Open Roles & Responsibilities
1. Registered Nurse (RN)
- Overview: Deliver exceptional, patient-centered clinical care, monitor health outcomes, and ensure rigorous adherence to clinical compliance standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and perform clinical assessments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and execute personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and enforce strict safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Qualifications:
- Active Nursing Registration / License.
- Proven clinical or home-care experience.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
2. Environmental Staff (Facilities & Sanitation)
- Overview: Ensure clean, safe, and hygienic conditions across all care and administrative facilities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Execute standard cleaning, disinfection, and infection-control routines.
- Oversee facility sanitation, waste management, and linen inventory control.
- Identify and report maintenance or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Qualifications:
- Prior sanitation experience in healthcare, hotel, or commercial environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, safety, and infection-prevention protocols.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle physical tasks efficiently.
3. Hospitality Crew
- Overview: Provide a warm, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere for all clients, residents, and visitors.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support patient non-clinical comfort needs, guest reception, and meal distribution.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with friendly, responsive communication.
- Assist with daily operations to maintain an inviting facility environment.
- Qualifications:
- Background in customer service, hospitality, or patient support services.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
